The publication fair was held on a pleasant day as a nice breeze danced through the trees for us on October 1, 2019. All of he undergraduate campus publications were represented at the publication fair. We had published issues available for perusal from The Daily Lobo, Conceptions Southwest Magazine, Best Student Essays, and Scribendi Magazine. We also had flyers available for anyone who was interested in learning about the Adobe Creative Jam. Anybody could stop and ask questions since we were a definite visual presence that day north of the SUB at UNM campus.
We had plenty of passers by who were curious about our activities under the shade of the luscious trees. Many people were pleasantly surprised to find out about who we are and what we have to offer our community. A nice time was had by all of us as we took turns hanging out at the table and as we got to meet so many amazing members of the UNM community. There was some strong interest in possible submissions from various students. This was a great start to promoting our campus presence in the 2019-2020 school year!
