The Honors College Homecoming took place on October 26th and was a festive celebration with Frito Pie, beer and wine, and Scribendi’s silent auction. The silent auction was held to raise money for creating the 2020 magazine. The Scribendi team solicited donations from many local businesses around Albuquerque, and the generous sponsors donated about 30 items for the auction all together. This fundraiser was a success for Scribendi, as they raised hundreds of dollars. The Scribendi staff would like to thank all of our donors, alumni, and Honors faculty, staff, and students for making the 2019 Homecoming a grand achievement.
Another exciting part of homecoming was the debut of the new Scribendi tote bags. These practical and fun totes are now for sale for $15!
