2009 WRHC Award Winners

Each year, the Western Regional Honors Council (WRHC) sponsors a contest for Scribendi in which WRHC faculty members select from among our submissions to give awards of $250 in each of Scribendi's categories: Short Fiction, Essays, Poetry, Visual Art, Photography, and Digital Art. Faculty from the University of Wyoming are responsible for selecting the WRHC awards in the literary categories, while faculty from the University of New Mexico select the winners in the Fine Arts categories. This year the WRHC judges elected to give two awards in photography and none in Digital Art.
